Managing Technical Consultant
Leading technical delivery in enterprise software — bridging business needs and technical execution.
// about

I'm Aleksander Støle, a Managing Technical Consultant at Unit4, where I lead the technical delivery of enterprise software for customers.
My path here wasn't a straight line. I started in retail and logistics at POWER, moved into business controlling and finance for the Nordic group, and crossed into enterprise technology in 2023. That mix still shapes how I work: I read a business through its numbers, and build the tools around it.
Today, most of what I build, I build with AI. I'm an enthusiast of agentic workflows, and I spend a lot of my spare time on how AI agents should work: layered instructions, living project documents, and automated checks and reviews that make their output something you can trust. Tilspire, the CMS this site runs on, is built that way, and I write about the method on the blog.
